I would not recommend staying at this hotel despite its 5-star rating. The service and amenities did not meet even a 3-star standard. The elevator service was poor, often requiring a 15-minute wait. Stayed here with my family, the location was amazing, there are also food courts and stores for shopping in the same building. The service was great and we were provided with everything we asked for.
