Pleasant stay overall. The hotel is above average in comfort and cleanliness, with friendly and supportive staff. The location is a major plus, within walking distance of Al Haram in Makkah. Rooms are small but sufficient for rest. A convenient and comfortable choice.

This place is overall the worst place to stay at. The room lacks basic facilities like a kettle and facilities were poorly managed. The worst of all is the staff, they were the most rudest people u will ever meet. They treat guests like animals. They don’t even know what respect means. Love this little hotel. It was small but it was comfortable and enough. Food was great. Location was great. Staff was great. It has many shops, restaurants nearby and I love the seller along the road selling cheap but good quality items. Highly recommended.

THIS PLACE WAS LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO STAY AT. THE ROOM DOESNT EVEN HAVE A KETTLE AND FACILITIES WERE VERY POORLY MANAGED. THE STAFF HERE WERE THE WORST. EXTREMELY RUDE AND MADE US CHANGE OUR ROOM 3 TIMES.
