Great hotel. Location is good with a number of shops and food places near by. Location is excellent for coach drop and taxis just steps away. Breakfast is good, room service was on time. NO IRON IN ROOMS, you have to request and something very small arrives that's useless. I'd stay here if on a budget. 750 meters walk from haram.
I have been staying and currently am for the next couple of days honestly some of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting lady at the front desk had a chip on her shoulder. Food has been nothing short of a joke . Waiter staff in the breakfast are rude and the room has been horrible and tiny would recommend going to ot…

Food was tasty and filling. However, the female receptionist wasn’t helpful and lacks the proper customer service, communication skills and was rud…
The hotel itself is very nice. The lobby is very spacious, and beautiful. They have a small cafe that sells the best affordable pizzas and cakes. The rooms are clean, but i would’ve expected cleaner. The bathroom is stained and it has a lot of flies. Thr breakfast was the bed was 10/10
