Absolutely terrible experience. The location listed on the website was incorrect, which made it very difficult to find the hotel. We kept calling for directions, and when we finally arrived and told the lady at reception that the location was wrong, her response was, “So it’s okay, you got here.” That was incredibly rude and dismissive. …
Excellent experience. Everyone was helpful and nice, decent distance to Al Haram, less than 1km but they also have a bus shuttle. Must include the breakfast with the stay, otherwise it was 65 royal per person and not a quality choices... more like continental breakfast level choices.

Overall Very Good Stay. Merits: Clean rooms. At walking distance to Haram. But difficult walking for aged persons due to high gradients of the walkways towards the Haram.
