Hotel has a very good location just 15 min from elharam. You can find all what you need nearby. Service is very good. Maintenance is very fast. Staff are very helpful and friendly and have a good hospitality. Rooms are clean but a little bit tight for four persons but it's OK for elhaj reasons. Internet and Network are weak at some rooms.…
This hotel is good. This hotel have 20 floors but 10 Elevators Which is very low. This hotel should have 15-16 elevators. And there is also low varieties of Pakistani food. But good food.

The hotel's standard was a shocking surprise. It lacked cleanliness. The rooms were terrible, with cockroaches and flies everywhere. The reception no way to pick up the phone.
