Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von den Mitarbeitern und dem gesamten Erlebnis im Hilton Convention Hotel in Mekka. Das Hotel hat keinen Spielbereich für Kinder, obwohl es direkt neben dem Gebetsraum eine große freie Fläche gibt. Alles Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Insbesondere Ahmed Farouk beim Eingang, sehr nett hoffentlich und hilfsbereit!
Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Stil. Freundliches Personal und saubere sowie nett eingerichtete Zimmer. Einzig die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack viel zu weich.
