Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel cleaning service is very poor and the shuttle bus service is a complete mess. The bus driver’s behavior is very rude and unprofessional. Pros: It was a nice experience staying here, although we stayed for 1 night for Umrah purpose. Shuttle service available to/from hotel to Haram (Gazza parking). They also have Free parking, if you coming with car. Cons: Check-in can’t be done before, it start 4pm onwards.
