I stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and unfortunately my experience was not good. The staff was not cooperative and their attitude was disappointing. The hotel makes a walkable distance downhill cuz it's a slope but nearly impossible for an uphill walk. It's situated on a very steep uphill road and walking up is very very difficult especially for elderly and people with kids. Good hotel but lift problem is very serious. U hv to for hours in peak hours. They must construct Escalators along the lift.

It's a busy hotel neither close not far from Haram. It is situated uphill, coming back from Haram is a challenge. It has many elevators but they are small and people have to wait long during peak hours. The 1st floor is actually the 4th floor and the staircase is narrow. It has a decent waiting area.
