I stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and unfortunately my experience was not good. The staff was not cooperative and their attitude was disappointing. The hotel makes a walkable distance downhill cuz it's a slope but nearly impossible for an uphill walk. Good hotel but lift problem is very serious. U hv to for hours in peak hours. They must construct Escalators along the lift.

It's a busy hotel neither close not far from Haram. It is situated uphill, coming back from Haram is a challenge.
