I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ms Bashayer, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

rooms are small and cramped up together, the bathroom is very dirty also. I left my food in the hotel room and by the time i came back, rats were eating the food. The elevator is cramped up at all times and take forever to reach you. The ac was on yet it’s not working like it should be. It is a very bad location because there was dirt eve…
The workers in the administration (reception, kitchen, cleaning, room service persons) don't know their job very well. Elevator working no good.usually line for Elevator. If you want to go from emergency exit, I'm not recommending it because there are no lights and dirty. I paid for food 45 SAR for every day separately .
