This hotel is absolutely terrible and not worth spending any money on. From the reception to the room service, everything was dirty and disgusting. The staff were unprofessional, and the cleanliness standards were unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. Save your money and choose a better place.
