Services has dropped to lowest now. I have experienced the same hotel, but this time it was not acceptable. No housekeeping services even multiple times reminding the reception and the floor manager. I’m concerned about the hygiene of the bedsheets. They didn’t change my sheets when I entered the room, and I found them completely dirty with food crumbs all over them. I spent the whole night itching, and I honestly don’t know what caused it.

I had a mixed experience .. Not bad and Not so good too .. Plus point is near to Masjid e Nabvi .. Rooms good and spacious buy service very poor .. Bathroom built good but not maintained well .. Toiletries and Towels only replaced after asking again and again .. Poor cleanliness ..
