I had a very good experience with Batoul Siute. Everything was well organized, the service was friendly, and I felt comfortable throughout. Professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend Batoul Siute and would come back again.

The hotel appears as 4 star on google but it is not 4 star at all. Our room was very dirty, toilet was even more dirtier, sound proofing of the room was poor and people talking outside could be heard and sleep was disturbed. The best choice! Clean rooms, great staff, and a very convenient 24-hour shuttle service to the Haram. 5 stars for consistency and quality!

Very bad experience; the hotel wasn’t clean and people were tough. Only guys at the reception were cute and friendly either than that nothing was good. The smell itself was awful, rooms weren’t clean and housekeeping weren’t cooperative. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

The room service was poor, and there was only one bus available to the Haram with no clear timetable for its operation. In addition, the staff showed a negative attitude when handling complaints.
