I had a mostly positive stay at Al Marzam Hotel in Madinah, but there are several issues. The hotel is not far from the Haram and takes about 10 minutes by bus. Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is bit far but they have shuttle service which is 24/7 so it’s manageable. Only thing is they have 1 bus so you need patience while travelling to and from masjid e nabwi. Clean and best staff.

The hotel reception attitude is very rude and very bad to the customer.. we book online by booking.com and confirm already and yet they said it’s cancelled by booking.com. Need improvement to the staff.
