I had a great experience at the hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming, kind, and professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Special thanks to Haifa Alhazmi and Samira Alharbi for their exceptional service. They were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Truly appreciated their warm hospitality.
Came to stay here after having a disastrous and disappointing experience at another 3-star hotel. I would say Golden Tulip is really underrated. The rooms and lobby were clean and cozy. Amenities were available and working. The only problem I faced was dim lighting in the room and toilet (difficult for grooming beard).
We booked via booking.com as we wanted a two bed, two bathroom suite and this was closest to the mosque. We were asked to pay a night in advance which I did via transfer and had no issues. Before the stay, they service was fine, with them responding on what's app. We arrived early, check in was 4pm and we arrived 1:30pm. I asked if we …
