We booked this hotel because it’s close to Masjid Al Nabawi, but unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. When we arrived, the hotel had no record of our booking, even though we had booked 2–3 months in advance and had a confirmation and reference number. Poor staff ! Some kind of bad irritating smell comes out all the time ! Only 3 lifts for hotel we have to wait 5 mins just for the lift! Rooms are too much narrow dont have space for our luggage Beds aren't comfortable and not cleaned you will be seeing hairs etc all the time Dont visit this place or even think about this place.
Staff attitude is not good, they don’t provide any towel during my stay,overall location is good , 5/7 min walk to Mosque Nobbobi.
Only the positive is it’s very near to Masjid Al nabawi Poor maintenance. Bengali staffs don’t know how to behave with the customers. Arrogant cleaning staffs.. Don’t expect Ac to be cool and don’t expect it to be rectified until you leave the place.. Poor review deserved 100 %
