We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madinah. One of the biggest advantages was its close proximity to the Prophet (PBUH)’s mosque - only 1-2 minutes walking distance. This was very convenient with two young kids with us. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special mention …
Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were given the key to the room and when we opened it, it was not cleaned. Its smell was awful, trash in the ground, messy beds, dirty bathroom. And when we told them we need another room that’s clean and ready, they said they don’t have free rooms and they made us wait for half an h…
The best thing about this hotel is really its location; being relatively close to the Haram. Other than that it is quite disappointing. Everything seems to be run down and not well maintained. I guess the upside is that you don’t spend a lot of time here when here for Umrah or Hajj. Also the elevators take forever to come down especially …
Worst experience with the staff. Rude staff. The staff on floor do not know how to speak to the guests. They donot receive the reception calls. Neither they clean the room for 3 days. Do not ruin your umrah experience by staying here.
Bathroom is always flooded, bad drainage. They provide you with a rubber mop in the bathroom, but useless if the drainage is clogged Meal time always finishes before its schedule and the staff will start tidying up while making loud bangs to make sure they let you know that they are cleaning up And the list of “WOW” moments goes on
