Very disappointed with the hotel and service. The rooms was filthy didn't get cleaned for the whole time we was there. When we complained we got told it was our fault for sleeping after Fajar namaz! The service is excellent compared to a one star hotel. Very generous and nice treatment. Clean rooms and well organized. I totally recommend people to stay in it. The staff are very responsive and helpful.

My family and I had a pleasant stay in Zaha hotel located just a short walk from the prophet’s Mosque. The staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating to all our requests. The breakfast had a wide range of healthy food, my favorite was the Egyptian fool and liver. I would definitely be back in this hotel.
