Check in time is not followed strictly. It says Checked in is 2pm i came 4pm and i still have to wait for an hour. But the rooms are clean and excellent. Receptionist are nice & friendly if you have queries thru phone.

Total disgrace. Did booking because of bus service to haram. Upon inquiring from hotel reception, they said bus company finished contract with us. So no bus. Water dispenser on my floor wasn't working. Upon complaining instead of repairing it ...they removed it from the floor saying you can go for it, on some other floor.
