I stayed at Osturat Hotel during Hajj, and while the staff were helpful and the hotel was generally well managed considering how busy it was, there were a few challenges. Decent hotel stayed here for Hajj 2026 Alhamdulillah. Taxis available nearby. All amenities food laundry corner shops nearby.
How the management make offer in application but for reality the price too much different and reception said the room not available for 1 person
The hotel is at great location as there are busses provided by government and access to busses is easy by underpass infront of the hotel. No private parking for hotel and public ones are paid. Housekeeping was perfect
