i visited the Mecca Mukarrama for Umrah. i stayed Hotel Palestine for 5 nights. It has awesome location to access to Kaba. You need to walk just 10 mins to Kaba. Rooms were clean. The rooms are relatively small for 3 or 4 beds. Wi-Fi was very weak and sometimes doesn’t work at all. Housekeeping was good and friendly, and the reception staff were also welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to Haram, about 05–10 minutes away.

The elevators are a disaster. Takes us 90 minutes after every prayer to get to our rooms. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Do not recommend during ramadan and do not recommend for older people.
