The hotel was about 3km from Masjid Nabawi. The room was big and comfortable.. nice view of the mountains and clean too. Getting food was easy. There’s pharmacy nearby too. Getting Uber transport was easy. We enjoyed the stay.

Booked the junior suite. Rooms were absolutely lovely however, when we first arrived check in took around 20 minutes. The receptionist tried double charging too however, had to clarify the booking.com price and misunderstanding was solved. Customer service could be a lot better h…

The room wide, clean and well furnished, 7 min by car from profet mosque. Bathroom products average quality. There is no coffee machine in the room. TV can't be move to connect into Netflix.
